Ann Houston Kelley, Nomadic Executive Development

The pressure on senior executives to deliver in this complex and turbulent market environment has never been greater. Unfortunately, my clients are finding it more and more difficult to take the time to reflect on their leadership and learn from their experience. Executive coaching can be an effective means to help people develop, become more successful, and contribute more to the success of organizations or society. I start with what you are trying to accomplish in your business and design a customized approach to help you get where you want to go. My approach is assessment-based, confidential, transparent, feedback-rich and results-oriented.

Sample assignments

Facilitated and coached 8 peer networks of senior leaders (6-8 members per network) over 2 years in a large business unit of an international manufacturing company on taking their leadership development to a new level. Measurable improvements were seen in the areas of employee engagement and improved interactions with executive board members.

Coached the EMEA Head of a global manufacturing company, one of a small number of candidates under consideration for the executive board, on directing a complex multinational joint venture in a volatile market; enhancing head office relationships and perceptions after a long time out as an expatriate manager and implementing the appropriate long-term decisions about health and family. Confidential 360 degree interviews with key stakeholders at the end of the coaching process showed definitive progress.
